As we continue to grow, we're launching our summer traineeship program, offering you the chance to gain hands-on experience on impactful projects. For eight exciting weeks, you’ll collaborate with our teams to tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions that push our business forward. This immersive experience will equip you with industry insights, practical skills, and a solid foundation for your future career.

The Summer Traineeship runs from July 1st to August 22nd* and we’ll be hiring for three dynamic areas: Data Scientist - Financial Insights & Analytics, Data Scientist - Operations Optimalization & Automation and Software Engineer - Technology & Innovation. Software Engineer - Technology & Innovation
WEBB Traders is looking for a final year master student to join our Tech team. You will have the opportunity to work on key projects alongside experienced Webbers and learn crucial insights of our business. Requirements
Who are you
In your last year of your master’s in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Proficient in a programming language (C++, Python, Rust, SQL)
Conscious of the impact of software decisions on resources (system and network)
Strong appreciation for the need to keep things simple
A sense of curiosity and a strong desire to understand complex concepts
Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others thrive
Ability to make meaningful contributions over time
