Your role

We are looking for an industry expert to lead the team of engineers building out our algorithmic trading software stack. This stack comprises the trading and pricing algorithms, middleware, exchange-connectivity, GUI to control the stack, and tooling used in our innovation cycle.

What you bring to WEBB

• Software engineer with 7+ years experience within the trading industry
• Expert C++, database, systems and networking skills
• Track record of increasingly significant impact
• 2+ years of (technical) leadership experience
• Strong appreciation for the need to keep things simple
• Insatiable drive to understand everything
• Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others thrive
