Your role
We’re looking for an industry expert to help us building a competitive, proprietary trading software stack. This is your chance to shape the core technology that drives our success in the global markets. Partnering with traders and engineers, you’ll deliver high-performance systems designed for speed, precision, and long-term competitive advantage.
What you bring to WEBB
Deep industry experience: 5+ years of engineering within the trading world - you know the landscape
Technical mastery: Expert-level C++, plus strong skills in databases, systems architecture, and networking
Impact mindset: A proven track record of delivering results and making a tangible difference
